Large renovation of a villa in Moraira
What a delightful collaboration! We bought and renovated our villa in Moraira through RRL Villas. The team’s meticulousness in the purchase generates a lot of trust. They gave us good and honest advice, checked all the paperwork and permits, and ensured that ultimately all the official documents were in order. The offer process and the supervision of the renovation also went very smoothly, with a fantastic result! Construction of a large villa in Benissa
From a piece of land with nothing but grapes to a beautiful plot with a gorgeous manor…
We already owned the plot of over 10,000m2 on the outskirts of Benissa on the Costa Blanca, it was covered in grapevines… and a small, crumbling, little house. This is where we imagined our dream home ought to be.
And that dream home got there! Without Royal Residence Lifestyle Villas’ intensive stewardship, we would not have taken the step to build in Spain.
RRL was continuously present during the entire process, from looking for a beautiful location for a suitable plot to the final handover over our house.
Typical for their approach is their intensive concern, unbridled effort, professionalism and the very personal level of attention. RRL Villas’ years of experience in this area, the contacts with town administrations, banks and notaries, architect, builders and their subcontractors, their expert knowledge of rules and regulations, prescriptions, administrative steps, licences and insurance ensured the excellent execution of our project.

Construction of a tradtional Spanish manor
We would never have been able to make our dream home on this dream location come true without RRL Villas. From our first contact with them we knew that we would be able to count on them to meet this challenge: the construction of a traditional manor in a rural area. Construction of a traditional Spanish manor
Building a house of our own in a rural area in Spain had thus far turned out to be a complex and bureaucratic process. We too had already been owners of a beautiful piece of land for 10 years and a previous attempt to build on it had failed because we were not in business with the right party. After having learnt our lesson the hard way a golden tip led us to the team of RRL Villas.
In a very short time RRL proved able to design a magnificent traditional Spanish manor that perfectly fitted our rural property with us and to find a reliable and very professional Spanish contractor. Whether the request of the many permits, the cross examination of offers, the visits to carpenters’ workshops, requesting the NIE-numbers, general advice, the import of cars… was concerned, Nadine and the RRL team handled it expertly and at lightning speed. Where needed the services of the Notary, lawyer or gestor associated with their agency were deployed.
Communications are always extremely clear, detailed and completed. Transparency and service are top values at RRL. Agreements that have been made are always respected and they make no promises they cannot keep.
Even now that our home is ready, we can still turn to them with all our questions regarding the maintenance of the house, of its garden, of its pool, but also in relation to living in Spain in general. The personal, expert and very conscientious guidance by this enthusiastic team is worth gold in our opinion. If we were to realize a next project, we will without a doubt execute it again through RRL Villas.

Renovation of a large villa in Moraira
Four years ago, we bought a large villa for holiday purposes at a magnificent location in Moraira. It was, however, in dire need of renovation if it were to become our own ‘holiday palace’. RRL proved to be of great help here.
Together we made plans that RRL translated into building designs. We also designed an entirely new arbor with outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower, toilet and storage space. RRL then solicited different offers, chose a constructor and arranged for the permits. RRL gave us excellent guidance during the entire renovation process of up to six months. We benefited from a monthly joint inspection to the site and received a photo report every week that enabled us to track progress from the Netherlands. We found all this to be a very pleasant process.
The team is top notch from the construction and technical point of view and when it comes to organizing and ensuring that things also actually happen. And the aftercare is also fantastic, when we ask for something, nothing is too much. We are so thrilled to have asked RRL to back us back in the day in the renovation of our villa and that they are still helping us out with any trouble. We are so happy with our beautiful villa and enjoy it to the fullest. As far as we are concerned, we fully endorse working with RRL!

Construction of a luxury villa in Altea
In 2017 I was looking for a property or a plot suitable for a new build near Altea (on the Costa Blanca). My homestead is in Belgium, I was looking for a second home to be able to enjoy Spain’s beautiful weather during the winter months. So, before I came to Spain for the first time, I started looking on Google. That is how I came across Bram Olijslagers, your agency’s Dutch associate. Bram then visited me at home for an introductory meeting, and that is how I ended up at RRL in Altea. We felt a positive connection right away, my wife did so too, because I was also looking for someone who could guide me along during the construction process.
Having found a suitable location with a sea view, we ultimately decided in 2018 to buy an existing property in Altea, to demolish it and replace it with a newly built home. RRL expertly assisted us in all related matters, from obtaining a NIE-number to the signing of the deed, the negotiation of all the contracts, the hiring of the right contractor, to the contacts with the architects, the monitoring of the construction’s progress… in short, all practical concerns and all the paperwork were handled by RRL.
RRL made the difference for us with their personal assistance, their knowledge of local norms and regulations, and experience both with technical construction and administrative matters, since they have been active in Spain for over 20 years. We dare to say there is only one real estate agency in Spain that you need to visit, and that would be RRL.

Construction of a modern villa in Altea Hills
We wanted to build multiple modern-style villas with the intention of selling them afterwards.
We bought three plots through RRL in Altea Hills in order to build three modern villas on them.
RRL gave us perfect guidance during the entire purchase-sales process of these plots.
Afterwards their collaborators designed a modern villa for each plot and took care of everything for us, including the building permits, nevertheless due to circumstances we ultimately did not build more than one villa.
RRL as construction advisor kept us informed during the entire construction process thanks to their expertise of the advances and assisted us every month on the site itself with their words and their deeds.
