Large renovation of a villa in Moraira
What a delightful collaboration! We bought and renovated our villa in Moraira through RRL Villas. The team’s meticulousness in the purchase generates a lot of trust. They gave us good and honest advice, checked all the paperwork and permits, and ensured that ultimately all the official documents were in order. The offer process and the supervision of the renovation also went very smoothly, with a fantastic result! Construction of a large villa in Benissa
From a piece of land with nothing but grapes to a beautiful plot with a gorgeous manor…
We already owned the plot of over 10,000m2 on the outskirts of Benissa on the Costa Blanca, it was covered in grapevines… and a small, crumbling, little house. This is where we imagined our dream home ought to be.
And that dream home got there! Without Royal Residence Lifestyle Villas’ intensive stewardship, we would not have taken the step to build in Spain.
RRL was continuously present during the entire process, from looking for a beautiful location for a suitable plot to the final handover over our house.
Typical for their approach is their intensive concern, unbridled effort, professionalism and the very personal level of attention. RRL Villas’ years of experience in this area, the contacts with town administrations, banks and notaries, architect, builders and their subcontractors, their expert knowledge of rules and regulations, prescriptions, administrative steps, licences and insurance ensured the excellent execution of our project.
RRL’s guidance granted us as the principals the opportunity to look forward to a beautiful result without worries and in utter confidence during the entire construction process.
Living in the Netherlands, we were closely involved all along the way thanks to weekly updates through photos, construction progress reports, video calls, construction meetings, and guided visits to the site.
The result? Truly incredible! We now enjoy a magnificent, beautiful and well-built estate in marvellous surroundings. Partially thanks to RRL Villas our dream came true.

We would never have been able to make our dream home on this dream location come true without RRL Villas. Building a house of our own in a rural area in Spain had thus far turned out to be a complex and bureaucratic process. We too had already been owners of a beautiful piece of land for 10 years and a previous attempt to build on it had failed because we were not in business with the right party. After having learnt our lesson the hard way a golden tip led us to the team of RRL Villas.
In a very short time RRL proved able to design a magnificent traditional Spanish manor that perfectly fitted our rural property with us and to find a reliable and very professional Spanish contractor. Whether the request of the many permits, the cross examination of offers, the visits to carpenters’ workshops, requesting the NIE-numbers, general advice, the import of cars… was concerned, Nadine and the RRL team handled it expertly and at lightning speed. Where needed the services of the Notary, lawyer or gestor associated with their agency were deployed.
Communications are always extremely clear, detailed and completed. Transparency and service are top values at RRL. Agreements that have been made are always respected and they make no promises they cannot keep.
Even now that our home is ready, we can still turn to them with all our questions regarding the maintenance of the house, of its garden, of its pool, but also in relation to living in Spain in general. The personal, expert and very conscientious guidance by this enthusiastic team is worth gold in our opinion. If we were to realize a next project, we will without a doubt execute it again through RRL Villas.
